Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Mytholagile ("Mytholagile", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Mytholagile PMP Mentor platform ("the Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Data We Collect

When you use the Platform, we may collect the following:

• Account data: name, email address, login credentials (email/password or Google OAuth)
• Profile data: selected mentor (hero), preferred language, subscription plan
• Usage data: daily message count, XP points, knowledge area progress, daily tasks completed
• Session data: conversation summaries, session duration, mentor interaction history
• Sponsor data: sponsor impressions viewed, sponsor reward claims
• Diagnostic data: Agile Wound Diagnostic results (wound profile, ARC layer scores) if you complete the diagnostic

2. Google Login Data

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive your Google password or access to other Google services. This data is used solely to create and manage your Mytholagile account.

3. AI Dialogue Data

When you interact with a mythological mentor in The Dialogue, your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. This is necessary to generate mentor responses. Mytholagile stores conversation summaries in Firebase/Firestore to enable session continuity and learning progress tracking. We do not store full conversation transcripts by default.

Please do not share sensitive personal, confidential business, or legally protected information in The Dialogue. Mentor conversations are for educational and professional development purposes only.

4. Where Data is Stored

Your data is stored in Google Firebase / Firestore with servers located in the European Union (eur3 — Finland/Belgium multi-region). This ensures compliance with GDPR data residency requirements.

5. Third-Party Services

• Anthropic (Claude API): processes dialogue messages to generate mentor responses
• Google Firebase: authentication, database, and analytics
• Vercel: platform hosting and deployment
• Paddle (future): payment processing for premium subscriptions

6. B2B and Organizational Accounts

When organizations use Mytholagile for team learning, administrators will have access to aggregated usage reports only. Individual private conversations in The Dialogue are not visible to organization administrators by default. Only anonymized, aggregate-level data (usage frequency, knowledge area coverage, completion rates) is shared at the organizational level.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a user in the European Union or elsewhere, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Data portability — export your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent at any time

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Cookies

The Platform uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
