The Platform is an educational and professional development tool designed to assist users in preparing for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification and developing Agile leadership competencies through mythological mentor personas powered by AI.
The Platform is intended for professional learning purposes only. It is not a substitute for official PMI training, accredited exam preparation, or professional project management consulting.
Mentor responses generated by The Dialogue are produced by AI (Anthropic Claude) and are for educational guidance only. They do not constitute:

Usage limits reset daily. Mytholagile reserves the right to modify plan features, pricing, and limits with reasonable notice.
The Platform may display sponsored content, including sponsor banners, sponsored mentor sessions, and reward-based sponsor interactions. All sponsored content will be clearly labeled. Sponsors do not have access to your personal data or conversation history.
Sponsor reward bonuses (additional message credits) are granted upon user interaction with sponsor content. These credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
All Platform content, including mythological persona designs, ARC framework materials, Spartan Stand methodology, and Mytholagile brand assets, are the intellectual property of Mytholagile OÜ. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hermes@mytholagile.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Mytholagile reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes affecting paid subscribers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mytholagile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or examination failure.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
